System and Location
This online permit system is operated by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources — Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-CENRO) Sta. Cruz, Laguna. The office is located at So. Maunawain, Brgy. Duhat, Sta. Cruz, Laguna, Philippines. The system serves residents, businesses, and organizations applying for environmental permits and related services within the jurisdiction of CENRO Sta. Cruz.
Personal information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, residential or business address, location information you choose to provide, account credentials, permit application details, uploaded supporting documents, and records of your transactions with the system.
Why we process your information
We process personal information to create and secure your account, receive and evaluate permit applications, verify supporting documents, communicate application updates, issue approved documents, maintain official records, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with applicable laws and government recordkeeping requirements.
Legal basis
Processing is performed as necessary for DENR-CENRO Sta. Cruz to carry out its legal mandates and public functions, comply with legal obligations, provide requested government services, and protect legitimate government and public interests. Where consent is the appropriate basis for a specific optional activity, it will be requested separately.
